How do you ensure comic books are protected during shipping?
We take great pride in our 'Third Eye Certified' packaging. Every comic is bagged and boarded, then secured in heavy-duty, crush-resistant mailers to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our shop.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming releases and variants?
Yes! You can pre-order upcoming issues, trade paperbacks, and exclusive variant covers directly through our site. Pre-orders are typically shipped on the actual release date of the book.
What is your return policy for collectibles and apparel?
We accept returns on unopened collectibles and unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the collectible nature of comic books, single issues and graded books are final sale.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you have multiple open orders that have not yet entered the shipping phase, contact our support team. We will do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Third Eye Comics ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
